Real Housewife Of NJ’s Daughter Charged With Assault, Court Documents Say

The incident was reportedly a domestic violence dispute.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — The daughter of Teresa Giudice, star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” has been arrested for assault in Morris County, according to court documents.

Milania Giudice, 20, faces a disorderly charge described as “simple assault-purposely/knowingly cause bodily injury,” according to the NJ courts site.

The charges stem from an incident in Montville on May 14. Giudice appeared for a court date on May 19 and did not enter a plea, court records show.

Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano told the U.S. Sun that the department “received a report of a dispute at a residence in town,” and “The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice being charged on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault, in violation of a Disorderly Persons Offense.”

NJ.com reports that the matter has been classified as “domestic violence” and “confidential.”

Milania’s mother, Teresa Giudice, is an original cast member on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Milania often appears on the program alongside her mother and two sisters.

In 2015, Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges and served time in prison. She’s since been released and is expected to return to the reality TV program for season 15.
