Kalik, a partner with the Firm and CoChair of its Insurance and Reinsurance Group, practices in Riker Danzig’s litigation, insurance and school law groups. Kalik’s insurance practice is focused on representing insurers in complex coverage litigation and bad faith disputes. He also has experience handling a wide variety of cases on behalf of insureds, including professional liability, environmental, construction defect, personal injury, and business dissolution litigation. His litigation practice often involves large scale, multi-party litigation, including agency termination disputes, class actions, and RICO and fraud-related claims. Kalik also represents several public and private educational institutions.
