Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued For Morris County
Wind gusts of up to 40 mph are expected as the storm moves east through 12:45 PM, according to the National Weather Service.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Morris County is under a severe thunderstorm watch on Monday, July 25, according to the National Weather Service.
The NWS predicts that a strong thunderstorm with 50 mph gusts and small hail will impact parts of southeastern Morris County as it moves east through 12:45 p.m.
Torrential rain is also expected with this storm, which could cause localized flooding in some areas, according to the NWS.
