About our Directors:

Kim Christos, Girls Lacrosse

Kim Christos has a vast experience coaching at the college, high school, and recreational levels. Her sixteen years of collegiate coaching background includes time as Head Coach at Drew University and The College of William and Mary, along with her time as Assistant Coach at Brown University and Boston College. Christos produced All-American players, won championships and was awarded Coach of the Year honors within her conference and region.

Marc Moreau, Boys Lacrosse

Marc Moreau has been instrumental in creating, developing, and refining boys lacrosse players, teams, and programs in New Jersey for decades. Moreau was most recently the Head Coach at St. Joseph HS in Metuchen where he brought that program to the height of NJ HS lacrosse with a Non Public A State Championship and runner up in the Tournament of Champions in 2010. In 2002, Moreau founded the Leading Edge Athletics, which has set the standard in boys lacrosse for player development, league play, and college recruitment. Since it’s inception, Leading Edge has sent well over 300 players to play collegiate boys lacrosse. Moreau’s numerous accolades include: 4 time Coach of the Year award winner, NJSIAA Achievement Award winner, and Area Chairman of US Lacrosse.

John Saunders, Soccer

John Saunders began his playing career in Liverpool, England representing Everton FC then Liverpool FC, both at the youth level. From there, he went on to play professionally for Oldham Athletic Football club from 1996-2002. Saunders began his coaching career while playing in Liverpool and came to the United States in 2006 to continue coaching. Most recently, he served as Director of Youth Soccer at TSF Academy where he has coached teams to National Championship titles. Saunders has obtained a number of world wide coaching licenses including his UEFA A license (part 1), UEFA B license and UEFA Academy Managers License. He also achieved his NSCAA Premiere License, Director of Coaching Diploma and Advanced National Certificate.
