Studio Art at the Morris Museum: Abstract Expressionism with Fran Mann Goodman

This class is all about creating mood and emotion on the canvas in creative ways. With the use of acrylic paint, students will be encouraged to work intuitively, layering their canvases with pumice, gels and molding paste, and applying the mediums with both usual and unusual objects. In conjunction with weekly demonstrations and individual instruction, Fran will share her inimitable technique that has afforded her paintings to be exhibited in NY galleries. Prior knowledge of drawing and painting is not necessary.
