MORRISTOWN, NJ ā A fundraising campaign has saved the life of a beloved therapy horse in Morristown.
Izzy is a horse from the Friends of Seaton Hackney, a local nonprofit that specializes in āequine-assisted therapy.ā Sheās been providing comfort to children and adults for years, helping riders ābuild confidence, strength, and trust.ā
Izzy was recently diagnosed with a canker in one of her hooves, a painful condition that cannot go away on its own and can be fatal if left untreated.
