Give 'Tribute' to Your Favorite Teacher This Holiday Season

Morris Educational Foundation's Teacher Tribute program honors educators through the holiday season.

This holiday season, the Morris Educational Foundation's Teacher Tribute program is back as a way to honor teachers and staff members with a meaningful gift. Those interested can acknowledge administrators, counselors, assistants, coaches, custodians, librarians, nurses, conductors, bus drivers, secretaries, and of course, teachers.

"Each year we honor the outstanding educators in the Morris School District with our Teacher Tribute program. A Teacher Tribute is a great way for parents to say "thank you" to their children's teachers during the holiday season," said Molly Servais, MEF chairperson. "The MEF is proud to honor the dedicated staff members in our district through each donation we receive."

According to Servais, all that needs to be done is to make a donation in an honoree's name, and the MEF takes care of the rest. With a Holiday Teacher Tribute, the honoree will receive a beautiful, personalized certificate that includes a personalized message and best wishes for a happy holiday.

"Tax-deductible donations to the MEF are the gifts that keep on giving, funding educational grants for your child's school," Servais said.
