Preschool Advantage is delighted to be honoring long-time supporter PNC at this year’s event. “Supporting families and children in need of a quality preschool experience is closely aligned with our long-standing PNC Grow Up Great early education initiative,” said Linda Bowden, PNC Bank regional president. “We can think of no better investment than helping to advance the terrific work of Preschool Advantage. At the end of the day, it’s about working together to provide a solid foundation for our future leaders to succeed in school and life. It is simply the right thing to do.”
Special recognition will be given to The Shelley Kutikoff Memorial Scholarship Fund/The Family of Shelley Kutikoff and partner preschool Rainbow Montessori School of Madison.

Richard Shapiro and his late wife Shelley Kutikoff were early supporters of Preschool Advantage after attending a fundraiser in 2002. When Shelley passed away in 2006, the Shelley Kutikoff Memorial Scholarship Fund made a significant donation to Preschool Advantage, and have continued to be significant supporters to this day.
Rainbow Montessori of Madison, formally known as the Rose City School, is one of five partnership schools that have been with Preschool Advantage from the beginning. This partnership has provided nearly 50 children with a quality preschool education. For the 2016-2017 academic year, Rainbow Montessori will educate five Preschool Advantage students.

Preschool Advantage provides children of local families in need with the foundation for a lifetime of successful learning by funding quality preschool education. Universal preschool is not available in New Jersey. Many families cannot afford to pay for their children to attend quality preschool and they arrive at kindergarten with a significant achievement gap in knowledge, vocabulary and social skills.
