Hotep!!! (Peace)!!!
Take notes!!!!!!!!!
Wow, some things are coming full circle. I just made a poster size copy of our Afrikan ancestor’s Kemetic (Egyptian) 42 principles of Ma’at. I had to take a picture of this poster of Ma’at, with my cell phone, from our great master teacher, history scholar Dr. Lenonard Jeffries. He and his wife Rosalind Jeffries’ marriage was being honored by the Afrikan centric community in Newark, NJ this past December of 2019. Dr. Jeffries has, in his possession, one of the original posters of Ma’at in a classic picture font made from the 1990s. The 42 principles of Ma’at is the world’s oldest moral and ethical code for human conduct.

Spiritually inspired by the Creator of their understanding. Black people wrote the 42 principles of Ma’at. These principles came be found in the Book Coming Forth By Day (Europeans call it the Book of the Dead). Ma’at means truth, justice, harmony, order, reciprocity, and balance. When Europeans and Arabs invaded Kemet (Egypt) they began to rename, and reclaim Afrikan artifacts, for themselves. The invaders found the original Book Coming Forth By Day with deceased Kemetic people. Unfortunately, the invaders took the Books for themselves, and then renamed these spiritual books the Book of the Dead. Copies have been made from the original Book Coming Forth By Day text found in Kemet (Egypt), Afrika. You can now find this book on-line, and at any Book store, Black owned or non-Black owned. However, as a people of Afrikan descent, we must support Black owned book stores throughout our community. That’s how we keep the Black dollar circulating in the Black community. Therefore, Black people, if you are interested in reading the Book Coming Forth By Day, please make sure you buy it from a Black owned book store. The best translation of the 42 principles of Ma’at is by Sir E. A. Wallis Budge. He translated the 42 principles of Ma’at from the Medu Neter (Europeans call it the hieroglyphics). The Ten Commandments originated from Ma’at. Scholars of Kemet (Egypt), and classical Afrikan civilizations, say that the founders of western religions plagiarized the 42 principles of Ma’at and many aspects of Afrikan spirituality.
Whatever the case may be family, the 42 principles of Ma’at, and the Book Coming Forth By Day, existed thousands of years before the Jewish Torah, the Christians Bible, and the Muslim Qur’an. That is a historical fact.

We as contemporary Black people must study the 42 principles of Ma’at. It teaches us how to build a stronger character, and a more solid spiritual center, on our path to Black liberation in the westernized world.

Note: Spelling Afrika with a k is not a typo. Using the k in Afrika is the Kiswahili way of writing Africa. Kiswahili is a Pan -Afrikan language. It is spoken in many countries in Afrika. Kiswahili is the language used in Kwanzaa. The holiday of Kwanzaa is celebrated from December 26 to January 1.
