NEWARK, NJ — A million-dollar lottery ticket was sold in Essex County for the Jersey Cash 5 drawing on Sunday, July 26.
Two tickets matched all five balls in the drawing and will split a $2.07 million jackpot, leaving each with $ 1,039,611.
One ticket was sold at Ironbound Fuel on Wilson Avenue in Newark.
The other ticket was sold at C & C Deli Market on Woodlane Road in Edgewater Park.
The winning numbers were 03, 12, 19, 34 and 40. The Bullseye was 40 and the XTRA was 03.
The retailers will each receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning tickets. The jackpot was reset to $150,000 for the next drawing.
