The official ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., at 436 Spring Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201, and will feature the Honorable Christian Bollwage, Mayor of the City of Elizabeth, as the keynote speaker.
