ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — It was a "20-minute miracle," officials say.
NJ Transit workers recently reunited a woman with her wedding dress after she left it behind on a train.
The bride-to-be was rushing to catch a flight at Newark Airport when she realized she'd forgotten her gown – and the ceremony was just hours away.
NJ Transit crews across the system immediately responded with a flurry of activity: tracking the train, coordinating in real time, and searching cars before they reached the next stop.
The dress was found just in time and rushed back to the airport, arriving before her flight and saving her big day, the agency reported.
