FBI Arrests Suspected Newark Shooter
The Newark resident is accused of fatally shooting Keron Brown on Brunswick Street.

Newark resident Keron Brown’s suspected killer has been apprehended.
An FBI Fugitive Task Force arrested Angel Perez, 21, of Newark, on Monday in the Bronx, New York.
According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Perez is charged with shooting the 38-year-old Brown on Brunswick Street in Newark on Aug. 7.

Perez’s bail was set at $1 million. He is being held at the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark.
