Black Wall Street Market Will Return In Newark: 2026 Winter Events
The event will feature more than 100 Black-owned vendors, a variety of food vendors, cultural showcases and family friendly activities.

NEWARK, NJ — An annual “Black Wall Street Market” will return to the Newark Public Library on Saturday, Feb. 21.
According to organizers, the free, annual community event celebrates and supports Black entrepreneurship, culture and economic empowerment. The Black Wall Street Market is dedicated to uplifting small Black-owned businesses – while inspiring and empowering the next generation of creators, innovators, and leaders.
The event will feature more than 100 Black-owned vendors, a variety of food vendors, cultural showcases, community resources and networking opportunities. There will be family friendly activities taking place throughout the day

This year’s market will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Newark Public Library, 5 Washington Street.
