BREAKING : Trenton/Mercer Civil Court Smells Of Bias
Trenton NJ, has long history of politically motivated judges.

With absolutely nothing to be excited about in New Jersey we the people just watch politicians acting like mice looking for cheese by smelling out any and all tax money they can spend.
This state is surrounded by political agendas and sad, neglected civic issues ranging from dirty potholes, to infested streets, to all the abandoned businesses that are scattered up-and-down our state highways.
And does it really matter who holds office in this sinking state of New Jersey? The answer is no, it does not. You have to look no further than the city of Trenton – our capitol – where governors from both sides of the aisle have helped destroy New Jersey in order to push their own agendas.
Trenton is now a very dangerous city, rife with outrageous crime levels, the worst roads including the never-ending road construction, and many other civic ills.

A familiar case was heard in Trenton civil court, where attorney Edward Logan was being sued for services that the plaintiff claims were never performed. Questions were asked of the authenticity of the bill, but Judge Patrick McManimon quickly shut it down and ruled in attorney Edward Logan's favor.
The judge ordered only a partial refund of the money the plaintiff was suing for, and more questions are now being raised as to the legitimacy of Trenton special civil Judge McManimon ruling and the 'good ole boys code' to protect the sanctity and privileges of his colleagues.
In the beginning of the case the long stare between
McManimon and Logan pretty much told the story. The two of them follow the long train of questionable lawyers and judges of any state in the U.S. To file an Ethics Complaint is mostly a waste of time as you must send correspondence to your county office of judicial review also known as 'retired volunteers.'
We the people of NJ must count on a broken and corrupt political system that has failed us for decades. A number of recent ethics complaints have focused much needed attention on New Jersey judiciary. Where else but NJ would you see allegations of a sitting judge telling a rape victim to keep her legs closed? Or a secretary do her son's homework.

Lets not forget about the Judge that asked a police officer for courtesy on a drunk-driving stop. Let's face it, living in NJ sucks, and the cost is outrageous on everything. But at least we have New Jersey Motor Vehicle to cheer for. (Not). Maybe one day we will be able to park in the 3 million dollar DMV parking lot that sits deserted next to the state offices.
