Link Community Charter School serves students in kindergarten through grade 8 from Newark, Irvington, Orange, and East Orange. With a strong academic program grounded in its Core Values, Link has built a proven record of student success since 1969. In each of the past three years, Link students have outperformed the state on the NJSLA ELA assessments and outpaced the state for academic growth. Over the last 11 years, Link’s eighth-grade graduates have earned more than $55 million in scholarships and financial aid—opening doors to high-quality high school opportunities.

Yale School Performing Arts Center

Y.A.L.E. School, a private special education school serving students with disabilities ages 3-21, will host the sixth annual Tri-State Ability Art Show: Metropolis on April 24 &amp; 25 at its Performing Arts Center in Cherry Hill. The Art Show will showcase artwork by students with disabilities in grades K-12 and ages 18-21 from across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Highlighting student talents, the exhibit emphasizes the significance of creative expression, acceptance and inclusion.
Awards will be announced at the Opening Reception on Friday, April 24 from 6-9 p.m., which will also feature live music from young musicians and craft activities for children of all ages. The Gallery, along with a Craft Fair, will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. There is no cost to attend, and all are invited.
