Auditions - Combined Majorette & Cheer Team
Event Details
SoulPhamm is conducting auditions for its newly combined Cheer and Majorette Team for girls ages 12-19.
The team will focus on traditional cheerleading infused with HBCU style stomp & shake and hip-hop majorette dance, training for regional cheer, dance, and majorette competitions, parades, and high-visibility sporting events (collegiate and professional).
The team is currently based in DOWNTOWN NEWARK and in person practices are held on Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm. Starting in September 2026, the team may also have practices in UNION or RAHWAY (We will have the final on this by June 2026).
Our season is from September to June with training and practices occurring virtually in July and August for the benefit of athletes who work and travel.
