Bring your lunch break to the kitchen. Chef Erin shows you simple, practical ways to turn everyday ingredients into something worth savoring — think smarter knife work, quick sauces, and flavor tricks that make weeknight meals taste restaurant-fresh. Sit back and watch her cook, then dig into the dish yourself. This is a demonstration-style class (no hands-on cooking required) — just come hungry and ready to learn.
Price: $20 per person, lunch included.
