We are seeking donations of turkeys, holiday side dishes, desserts, beverages, and grocery gift cards, as well as monetary contributions to help provide holiday meals. Join us in breaking the cycle of addiction and bringing warmth and hope to our community this holiday season.

Sit back and watch her cook, then dig into the dish yourself. This is a demonstration-style class (no hands-on cooking required) — just come hungry and ready to learn.

About the Chef: A graduate of Muhlenberg College and L’Academie de Cuisine, Chef Erin has worked for years as a private chef preparing meals for local families and teaching adult cooking classes. I created the culinary curriculum and was a culinary instructor at Far Brook School.
