Child Sexually Assaulted In Irvington; Police Search For Man: Report
Authorities said the child was walking his dog when the assault happened, a report says.
IRVINGTON, NJ — Authorities are searching for a man who has been accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old child in Irvington on Monday morning, a report says.
The child was walking his dog on Ellis Avenue around 6:30 a.m. when the assault took place near his home, Irvington police told PIX11 News.
Police described the assailant as a man about 6 feet and 250 pounds with long dreads, PIX11 News reported, sharing surveillance video footage of the suspect.
