CultureCon Invites Creatives Into the 'Museum of Us' This October
The annual gathering returns to Brooklyn with a theme celebrating the people, stories and connections shaping culture.

Every year, CultureCon introduces more than a conference. It introduces a conversation.
This year, that conversation is The Museum of Us.
Returning to Brooklyn on Oct. 3 and 4, CultureCon's 2026 theme invites creatives, entrepreneurs, founders, artists, and professionals to see themselves not just as attendees, but as the very people shaping culture.

According to CultureCon, the inspiration behind this year's theme is simple: "The most important work of art at CultureCon has always been the people in the room."
It's a perspective that shifts the focus beyond keynote speakers and networking opportunities. Instead, it celebrates the conversations in the hallways, the partnerships formed over coffee, the businesses being built, and the ideas that continue long after the weekend ends.

For years, CultureCon has become a destination where creatives gather to learn, connect, and grow. This year's theme builds on that foundation by reminding attendees that the value of the experience has never been limited to the stage.
Rather, it has always been found in the community itself.
"We're treating the room like what it is," the organization shared in its announcement. "A museum filled with works of art...you."
The message arrives at a time when many creatives are looking not only for inspiration, but for genuine community and opportunities to move their ideas forward.
CultureCon says attendees won't simply leave with memories. They'll leave having sharpened a skill, made a meaningful connection, or discovered a next step they couldn't see before arriving.
Perhaps that's what makes the theme resonate.
Museums preserve the stories that define generations. CultureCon suggests those stories aren't only found in history books or behind glass. They're being written every day by entrepreneurs launching businesses, artists challenging perspectives, storytellers sharing lived experiences, and creatives choosing to keep building.
As the annual gathering returns to Brooklyn this October, attendees can expect more than panels and programming. They'll step into a space designed to celebrate the people whose work continues to influence culture while creating opportunities for what's next.
Because maybe the greatest exhibit isn't hanging on a wall.
Maybe it's the people walking through the doors.
CultureCon returns to Brooklyn October 3–4.
