Education Foundation Will Honor 3 Newark Community Members
The NTU Education Foundation will be paying tribute to Robert John Braun, Mary Bennett and Bashir Akinyele.
NEW JERSEY — The NTU Education Foundation will be paying tribute to three community members who have boosted students in Newark at their annual Albert Shanker Award Dinner.
The NTU Education Foundation recently announced that its 2024 Albert Shanker Scholarship Awards and Hall of Fame Induction will take place at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8 at the Holiday Inn Banquet Hall on 160 Frontage Road in Newark.
