‘Endangered’ NJ Man Missing, Last Seen At Essex County Hospital: PD

It's been a month since Timothy Robinson was seen leaving a hospital in North Jersey. A search continues for the missing 21-year-old.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — It’s been a month since Timothy Robinson was seen leaving a hospital in Essex County, but a search continues for the “endangered” 21-year-old, authorities say.

According to the New Jersey State Police, Robinson – a Newark resident – remains missing as of Friday. He was last seen leaving the Essex County Hospital Center in Cedar Grove around 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 17.

“Timothy is developmentally delayed,” police said in a missing person alert. “He is unaware he is missing and is not a danger to himself or others.”

Police said Robinson is a Black male who is 5 feet 8 inches and between 130 and 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair with a buzzcut/ fade cut hairstyle and facial hair. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, black sweatshirt, black Crocs and possibly a blue/grey coat (see photo above).

The New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit and the Essex County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public’s help finding Reynolds. Authorities said anyone with information can contact the Essex County Sheriff's Office tip line at 973-621-4111.
