‘Medical Job Fair’ Will Include Several North Jersey Hospitals

Employers at the job fair include Accredited Health Services, East Orange General Hospital, Summit Medical Group and Daughters of Israel.

NEWARK, NJ — A specialized “Medical Job Fair” is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 19 at Essex County College’s Newark campus, according to the school.

The job fair, hosted by the College’s Training Inc. Department, will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the 4th floor multipurpose room at 303 University Avenue in Newark.

According to the college, information for both full-time and part-time positions at a variety of medical facilities and healthcare providers will be available. Résumés will be collected by the companies and representatives will be available to discuss various positions.

  • Epic Heath Services
  • Runnells Center for Rehabilitation & HealthCare

“With this job fair we are targeting students of both nursing and non-credit Allied Health programs as we are bringing to our campus a number of outstanding healthcare providers,” said Mitra Choudhury, director of the college’s Training Inc. program.
