Essex County College To Get Nursing Site Visit From ACEN

NEWARK, NJ — Essex County College will host a site visit for continuing accreditation of its Associate Degree Nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

According to a news release from the college, the community is invited to meet with the site visit team and share comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3 in Room 204 of the Center for Health Sciences Building, 303 University Avenue, Newark.

Written comments are also welcome and should be submitted directly to Dr. Marsal Stoll, Chief Executive Officer Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, 3343 Peachtree Road Northeast, Suite 850 Atlanta, GA 30326. Stoll can also be reached via email at mstoll@acenursing.org

All written comments should be received by the ACEN by Sept. 18.
