A Taste of Newark is an exciting and unique annual benefit for Link Community School, featuring an evening of delicious food from the finest restaurants and culinary establishments in and around Newark, an exciting silent auction and thrilling student performances.
Link Community School, an independent middle school for students from families with limited resources from Newark and the surrounding urban communities, provides a highly effective learning community grounded in Core Values and a challenging curriculum that prepares students for academic and lifelong success.
Tickets are available to join in A Taste of Newark, a high energy, crowd pleasing cocktail party with amazing food, great student performances, enticing auction items and incredible warmth. The evening supports a results-oriented and far-reaching independent middle-school education for Newark youth. Over 400 people attended last year’s event. We hope you will help us have an even stronger showing of supporters in 2011.
