Daryle Pellegrino | Mortgage Loan Originator | NMLS 327220

I’m Daryle Pellegrino, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator serving homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors and real estate professionals throughout New Jersey. I help clients with traditional mortgage financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo loans, as well as more complex situations involving self-employed borrowers, bank statement loans, DSCR investment property loans, ITIN borrowers, alternative income documentation, credit challenges and home equity financing. After years in the mortgage industry, I’ve learned that every borrower has a different financial story. My job is to understand the entire situation, explain the available mortgage options clearly and find a path forward when one exists — including situations where traditional lenders may not have been able to provide a solution. Through Patch, I share practical information about mortgages, credit, real estate, home financing and homeownership in New Jersey — without unnecessary jargon or the typical mortgage sales pitch.
