GREATER NEWARK CONSERVANCY
Come take a leisurely trip down the Hackensack River on a quiet summer’s evening. This two-hour tour of the Meadowlands will be conducted by trained captains and hosted by NJMC staff. Learn about the salt marshes, shore birds, Leni Lenape Indians, pirates, and much of our fascinating history along the banks of the river. Feel free to bring snacks, dinner and beverages (non-alcoholic only, please!).
