Free Business Fairs Planned for Newark’s South and West Wards
Entrepreneurs, small business owners, investors can get the help they need to start, grow, and expand businesses in the Brick City!

The City of Newark’s Department of Economic & Housing Development, the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation (NCEDC) and the South Ward Special Improvement District (SID) are joining forces to present free business fairs in the South Ward and West Ward.
The West Ward Business Fair will be held on Monday, August 22nd, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Jehovah Jireh Praise & Worship, 505 S. 15th Street. The South Ward Business Fair will be held on Wednesday, August 24th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at St. John’s Baptist Church, 1066 Bergen Street.
The free events represent opportunities to access resources, explore technical and financial assistance programs, network and brainstorm with other local business owners and speak with city officials.
