Free Business Fairs Planned for Newark’s South and West Wards

The City of Newark’s Department of Economic & Housing Development, the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation (NCEDC) and the South Ward Special Improvement District (SID) are joining forces to present free business fairs in the South Ward and West Ward.

The West Ward Business Fair will be held on Monday, August 22^nd, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Jehovah Jireh Praise & Worship, 505 S. 15^th Street. The South Ward Business Fair will be held on Wednesday, August 24th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at St. John’s Baptist Church, 1066 Bergen Street.

The free events represent opportunities to access resources, explore technical and financial assistance programs, network and brainstorm with other local business owners and speak with city officials.

Whether your business is old, new, successful, or struggling, the Business Fairs will have something for you. Don't miss the chance to access the resources you need to succeed. Join representatives of the City of Newark and local service providers for an evening designed to help your business become more successful!
