Free Health Screening at Downtown Newark Farmer's Market
It's all about health on June 9 at the Newark Farmer's Market at PSE&G Plaza.
Rutgers Biomedical & Health Sciences, sponsored by Newark350, is hosting free health screenings at the Newark Downtown Farmers Market on June 9 and July 14.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the PSE&G Plaza, RBHS students, faculty, and staff will offer blood pressure, glucose, BMI and provide infant and young child assessment, as well as pulmonary, and mental health screening. Resources and referrals will be provided at no cost to participants.
Kids will get a Teddy Bear checkup. Everyone can compete in our health trivia game for prizes.
