Halsey Festival Will Return To Newark For 2022: See Details

NEWARK, NJ — The annual Halsey Festival will return to Newark’s Halsey Street on Thursday, Sept. 15 from 3 to 10 p.m.

According to a news release from organizers, the Halsey Festival celebrates Newark’s historic commercial hub, which is home to one of New Jersey’s most diverse small business communities. Now in its 11th year, this year’s Halsey Festival is being led by the Newark Alliance, in collaboration with lead sponsors Rutgers University-Newark, Prudential Financial, United Airlines, PSEG and Audible.

This year’s celebration will feature family activities, artist activations, a larger fashion show, and the debut of an “After Dark” festival extension hosted by Audible at Harriet Tubman Square.
