Homicide Detectives Investigate Newark Man's Shooting Death
Another man was found shot on Norfolk and Hartford streets, officials said. Emergency crews transported him to University Hospital.
NEWARK, NJ — Officials are investigating the shooting death of a 31-year-old Newark man just after midnight on Saturday.
Police found Tameel Grimes, who had been shot, in the 300 block of New Street around 12:22 a.m. on July 23. First responders pronounced him dead at 12:53 a.m.

Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens II and Interim Newark Public Safety Director Raul Malave sent information about his death on Monday.
