M&M’s Halloween Events Will Return To Newark For 2024
The events will include Halloween treat bags, costumes and family friendly activities. Here's where they will take place in Newark.

NEWARK, NJ — A popular holiday event will return to Newark for the 10th straight year: the annual M&M’S Halloween.
Mars and M&M’S will host community events in Newark on Saturday, Oct. 19 and Sunday, Oct. 20. Attendees will receive Halloween treat bags filled with an assortment of Mars Wrigley candy and additional Mars products, festive goodies and a selection of full costumes to elevate their Halloween experience.
The events will also include family friendly activities such as a “Monster Bash” karaoke station, a pumpkin patch, an interactive art station and a “trick-or-treating" door.

To accommodate attendees with sensory sensitivities and ensure all guests can join in on the colorful fun, there will be a designated “sensory/quiet zone” for guests with neurodivergence or that need to step away from the excitement, organizers noted.

- Saturday, October 19 – noon to 5 p.m., JFK Rec Center, 211 W. Kinney Street
- Sunday, October 20 – noon to 5 p.m., Boylan Rec Center, 916 S. Orange Avenue
