Man, 78, Reportedly Goes Missing On Way To Newark Airport

A silver alert has been issued in New Jersey for a missing 78-year-old man, a report says.

NEWARK, NJ — A silver alert has been issued in New Jersey for a missing 78-year-old man, authorities announced.

State police are searching for a “disoriented” man who went missing while on his way to Newark Airport, NJ.com reported Wednesday.

The man was described as black, 5 feet 7 inches and 140 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a beige coat, khaki pants and a red New York Giants cap. He was driving a 2016 silver Ford Fusion with New Jersey license plate C82-JTZ. His cell phone last pinged Middletown, authorities said.
