Missing Newark Man, 56, Suffers From Dementia: Police
A 56-year-old man who suffers from dementia was last seen on the 200-block of Chadwick Avenue, Newark police said.

NEWARK, NJ -- Newark authorities are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man who suffers from dementia.
According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Earnest Palmer, 56, of Newark, was last seen on Jan. 15. Palmer, who suffers from dementia, was last seen on the 200-block of Chadwick Avenue.
He is 5 feet 7 inches and 180 pounds, and has a dark skin complexion with black hair and brown eyes, police said. (See photo below)

"While police are actively searching for Mr. Palmer, we seek the public’s help in quickly locating him and returning him to his family," officials said.
