Missing Newark Man Seen At East Orange Hospital On Labor Day: PD
A missing, 87-year-old Essex County resident was last seen at Veterans Hospital in East Orange on Labor Day, Newark police said.

NEWARK, NJ — Authorities are asking for the public’s help finding a missing Essex County resident who was last seen at Veterans Hospital in East Orange on Labor Day.
Rice Robinson, 87, of Newark, was reported missing on Tuesday. He was last seen on Monday around 1:30 p.m. at Veterans Hospital in East Orange, according to the Newark Department of Public Safety.
Police described Robinson as 5 feet 7 inches and 160 pounds, with a light skin complexion, brown hair and brown eyes (see photo below). He was last seen wearing a beige button-down shirt, beige dress pants and brown shoes.

“While police are actively searching for Mr. Robinson, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and returning him to his family,” the NDPS stated.
