Newark Couple Left Three Kids In Car At PA Casino: Report
Police responded to a Bucks County casino after someone reported three kids — ages 8, 3 and 1 — were inside a car during 31-degree weather.

Three children were left in a cold car for nearly two hours at the Parx Casino in Bucks County, Pa. while their parents gambled, according to a report by the Bucks County Courier Times.
According to the report, Jarrett Evan Nelson, 39, and Ebony Walker, 30, of Newark, were arrested Saturday.
Bensalem police responded to the casino after someone reported three kids — ages 8, 3 and 1 — were inside an SUV during 31-degree weather. The youngest two were still strapped inside car seats, the report said.

Court records show that Nelson and Walker, who are reportedly boyfriend and girlfriend, are in Bucks County Jail after failing to post bail.
Charges include three counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 13.
