Newark Girl, 12, Reported Missing; Last Seen Nearly A Week Ago
Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing girl in Newark, New Jersey, authorities announced Thursday.
NEWARK, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing girl in Essex County, authorities say.
According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Samiiyah Lopez-McMillan, 12, of Newark, was reported missing on Thursday.
Lopez-McMillan was last seen on the 90-block of Fabyan Place on Feb. 16 wearing black jeans and a grey jacket (see photo above).

Authorities said anyone with information can contact the Police Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be made using the Police Division’s website.
