Newark Police Search For Family Of ‘Unattended’ Girl, 2
The 2-year-old was wearing a dress, diaper and no shoes at the time she was found, Newark police said.

NEWARK, NJ — Newark authorities are searching for the family members of an “unattended” 2-year-old girl found near Stuyvesant Avenue on Tuesday morning.
According to Newark police, a person found the child on the 200-block of Stuyvesant Avenue around 8 a.m. She was wearing a dress, diaper and no shoes at the time.
“The child has been transported to University Hospital for evaluation, but appears unharmed,” police said. “Child Protective Services has been notified.”
