Newark Police Seek Help Finding Missing Carlstadt Man, 28
The missing man's family told Carlstadt police that he planned to meet a woman in Newark. But he didn't show up, authorities said.

Newark police are asking for the public's help finding a missing Carlstadt resident, James Dugan II, 28, who was reported missing Tuesday.
The Newark Department of Public Safety released the following message on Friday:

"Dugan’s family reported to Carlstadt police that he planned to meet a woman in Newark on Thursday, Jan. 27. He did not show up for the meeting and his family has not heard from him since then."
Police said Dugan is 5 feet 10 inches and 165 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, a scar on his face and head, and tattoos on his back and arms. Dugan is diagnosed with attention deficit disorder and is 90 percent deaf.
