Newark Ranks 63rd on List of 'Most Diverse Cities' in America

Diversity is the spice of life, the saying goes.

A recent study from WalletHub – a financial information provider - ranked Newark as the 63rd most diverse city in America.

The study analyzed factors among 230 of the nation’s most populated cities, using factors such as economic class diversity, ethno-racial and linguistic diversity, and diversified economies. [See the full methodology and ranking list here]

The city also had one of the highest “household type diversity” ratings in the study.
