Ronald Weich became dean of SHU Law in 2024. He previously served for 12 years as dean of the University of Baltimore School of Law. At Seton Hall he is building on a strong tradition of excellence in guiding the institution as he prioritizes student success, faculty scholarship, and engagement with the legal and civic community. Weich began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. He has a law degree from Yale Law School, and has held senior roles in public service and private practice.

The Rotary Club of Newark seeks to serve those in need on both a local and an international scale. Informal social and educational gatherings such as the April 28 meeting provide an opportunity for all to learn about Rotary in general and the Newark Club in particular. Regular luncheon meetings also take place monthly at Spanish Pavillion in Harrison on the second Wednesday of the month at 12pm.
