NEWARK, NJ — Michael B. Jordan, one of Newark’s most well-known actors, has earned one of the entertainment industry’s most prestigious honors: a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Jordan has become a household name through his roles in movies such as “Creed,” “Fruitvale Station” and “Black Panther.” He made his directorial debut with “Creed III,” which will release in the United States on Friday.
The ceremony took place Wednesday.

“Growing up in Newark, New Jersey, the idea of receiving an honor like this was a dream – but I've always been a dream chaser,” Jordan said.
