Newark Store Sells $100K Powerball Ticket On Labor Day Weekend
A Newark store sold a Powerball lottery ticket worth $100,000. See the lucky numbers here.
NEWARK, NJ — Three New Jersey Lottery tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Saturday, Sept. 5 drawing, officials said.
A ticket sold at Adonni on Irvine Turner Boulevard in Newark was purchased with Power Play, multiplying the prize to $100,000.
Other winning tickets, each worth $50,000, were sold at Mini Mart Food Store on Danforth Avenue in Jersey City, and Country Farms on Springfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights, officials said.

The winning numbers for the Sept. 5 drawing were: 15, 21, 22, 27, and 47. The Red Power Ball number was 07. The Multiplier number was 02.
The Powerball jackpot rolls to $75 million for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 10:59 p.m.
