Newark Top Cop Says All First Responders Should Get COVID Vaccine
Newark's public safety director got his COVID-19 vaccine. He's urging other emergency responders to do the same.

NEWARK, NJ — Newark’s public safety director got his COVID-19 vaccine. Now, Anthony Ambrose is urging other emergency responders to do the same.
After getting his first dose of the vaccine on Saturday, Ambrose issued a call to action for other local cops, firefighters, EMTs and first responders.
“The benefits of protecting the near 1,800 employees I oversee – including police, firefighters and emergency management employees – as well as the community I interact with, made my decision to take the vaccine an easy one,” Ambrose said.
