According to the Nutley Police Department, officers received multiple calls about a suspicious man undressing near the waterfall in Kingsland Park on Friday. One of the callers provided police photos of the man “swimming in the nude” in a stream.

Officers arrived at the scene and spoke to the 37-year-old man, who said he went for a swim in the stream, but was wearing shorts at the time. When police showed the man the photos they were sent, he admitted they were accurate, authorities said.
