Here’s what to know, the nonprofit said:

“Patients can now access a range of sexual and reproductive health services – including birth control, emergency contraception, trans/nonbinary hormone therapy, STI treatments and more – by secure video conferencing and telephone. PPMNJ’s new telehealth solution offers a much simpler way to access high-quality, compassionate and affordable virtual care. To access the service, patients can simply book a virtual appointment by calling 973-622-3900. PPMNJ prides itself on providing the highest quality reproductive health care and family planning services to men and women regardless of age, ethnicity or ability to pay.”

“COVID-19 and the overturn of Roe v. Wade has taught us many lessons, including emphasizing the incredible resource and tool that telemedicine brings patients who seek the health care they need in the safest setting,” said Randa Francis-Nicholas, vice president of health services with the PPMNJ.
