President Biden Joins Mourning For Late NJ Congressman Donald Payne
Biden praised Donald Payne Jr. of New Jersey for his "strength and generosity of spirit."

NEWARK, NJ — Another high-profile politician is mourning the loss of U.S. Rep. Donald Payne Jr. of New Jersey: President Joe Biden.
Payne, 65, a Newark resident, was hospitalized earlier this month after he suffered a heart attack related to his diabetes. His death was announced earlier this week.
