ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Hip-hop artist PnB Rock recently surprised dozens of Newark students with free tickets to his upcoming concert in Montclair.
On Wednesday, the Newark Office of Youth and College Affairs helped to coordinate a meeting between Rakim Allen – who goes by the stage name PnB Rock – and a group of eager teens who have been cracking the books and doing well in school.
Taking time to grab some selfies with the students, Allen gave 10 students from each school free tickets to his Dec. 26 concert at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair.
