RFQ Announcement: Lead Abatement and Remediation Services

Ironbound Community Corporation invites qualified Lead Remediation/Mitigation Contractors and NJ Certified Lead Abatement Contractors to respond to our Request for Qualifications (RFQ). We are looking for experienced professionals to undertake lead abatement and mitigation work across multiple sites in Newark, New Jersey, primarily within the East Ward section.

Project Scope:

The selected contractors will engage in a range of services, including lead abatement and mitigation, required to meet state and federal safety standards. Work will include a set number of residential and commercial projects over a 24-month period with adherence to specific cost guidelines.

Contractor Selection:

Contractors will be chosen through a round-robin selection process, ensuring a fair and equitable distribution of work based on expertise and availability. The full details of the scope of work, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria are available in the RFQ document.
